St. Charles Family Care - Redmond Is a Providence Choice Plan Medical Home
Effective January 1, 2011, Providence Health Plan and the State of Oregon Public Employee's Benefit Board (PEBB) have collaborated to provide Central Oregon PEBB members with a new, high quality, affordable benefit plan called PROVIDENCE CHOICE. Members of this plan will select a primary care "Medical Home". Patients will work with their primary care physician within the Medical Home to coordinate all aspects of their medical care.

Our Payment and Billing Policy
St. Charles Family Care-Redmond requests payment at time of service. Insured patients are required to pay their portion at the time of service. This means that we will ask you to pay your co-pay, coinsurance (the percentage or amount your insurance does not cover) or deductible.
We request that self-pay patients pay in full at time of service. We offer discounts for payment in full at time of service and payment plans are available for patients who qualify.
Physicians who are accepting new patients will accept patients covered by Medicare and Medicaid.
